A new building in the King & Spadina entertainment district with very good amenities and kitchens; north-facing units are blocked by older buildings, many small units, and loud weekend nights.
Good points
- 504/510 streetcars at the door
- Outdoor pools on the 3rd and 12th floors
- Miele cooktops and built-in appliances
- Loblaws and an LCBO downstairs
Problems
- The bar district below is loud Wednesday to Sunday nights; earplugs don't block it
- Many rented units; late-night party noise in the corridors on weekends
- Lower floors on the north and west sides are right up against the next building
- Many studios under 300 sq ft with very little storage
