• Quiet inside, practical layouts, a good location and shared co-working space.
• Good soundproofing and air conditioning in the unit.
• The front desk handles parcels and visitors properly, and fire alarms are not frequent.

Problems

• Booking moves and large deliveries is a hassle, and the front desk won't accept some large parcels; the entry sensors are unreliable and elevator doors close abruptly
• Move bookings and deposits are inconvenient; fob readers take repeated tries; the gym is small with limited equipment
• Some entry points are awkward to use and visitor parking is limited; the unit didn't cool enough two summers running
