Paradigm Condos

Good points

• The unit itself is good; security responds when asked for help.
• Clean, with responsive management; a good experience overall.

Problems

• Noise, pool and other amenities closed, elevators out of service, an awkward route for moving
• Poor experience with the pool, sauna and gym; conflicting elevator bookings for moves; maintenance disappointing
• The unit was hit by a neighbour's overflow; management then arranged repairs
